One of New Jersey's most prominent banks with branches throughout the state is seeking a dynamic, sales oriented Branch Manager for a busy $80 million deposit branch in an attractive, active location in Bergen County. The branch is well staffed.
Resonsibilities include sales, business development, and all aspects of operations and administration; will be responsible for profitability and growth of the branch. The manager will actively participate in the community, its organizations, activities and events.
Candidate should have several years branch banking experience, strong sales and motivational skills, management and operations experience. A college degree is essential.
The bank provides a highly competitive compensation package of base salary, bonus and a top benefits package with opportunity for long term career growth.Estimated Salary: $20 to $28 per hour based on qualifications.
