years) HR Manager. This position will contribute onsite at their manufacturing facility in Richmond. This is your chance to work with a name-brand everyone knows and loves!
Responsibilities:
Support HR in regards to Talent Management, Employee Engagement and Labor Relations
Assist in the administration of Union agreements
Investigate employee grievances
Work with HR teammates to ensure a positive work environment
Requirements:
4
years of Corporate Human Resources experience
HR experience in a Manufacturing and Union environment
Labor Relations experience is required
Bachelor's DegreeEstimated Salary: $20 to $28 per hour based on qualifications.
