Job Descriptions:
This position is responsible for sales of integrated electronic control systems and products in an assigned territory. Additional responsibilities include: developing market awareness of life safety (alarm, security, communications) systems products integration capabilities, implementing local marketing campaigns, prospecting for major sales opportunities, and development of a strong customer base. Must possess strong communications and customer relation skills. Must have basic ability to design and configure integrated electronic control systems.
? To build and develop Kratos' integrated electronic controls user / customer base in assigned territory.
? Develop and implement prospecting/sales campaigns.
? Negotiate contracts and agreements.
? Ability to design /configure basic security or communications systems.
? Fulfill revenue quotas and quote quotas as specified by management
Required Experience:
Required -
? Keen awareness and knowledge of the security or communications in Transportation market, its major customers / users, major competitors, and the dynamics of the market.
? Substantial knowledge of major temperature control systems and product manufacturers.
? Must possess local industry awareness.
? Must have competitive knowledge of all territory competitors, their markets, products, and pricing strategies.
? High integrity and trustworthiness.
? Ability to travel as required
? Proficient with Microsoft Office, Word, Excel, and PowerPoint
? Proficient with Outlook and the Internet.
? High-level of integrity and trustworthiness. Must be driven and resourceful.
? Ability to report to work during customary or specifically assigned working hours
? Ability to interact effectively with peers and supervisors
? Ability to adhere to workplace rules
? Ability to interact appropriately with the public
? Valid Drivers License
? 5+ years, successful sales of integrated electronic control systems in the local market. Must demonstrate a consistent and proven pattern of sales success in the target market. Must possess the ability to market, prospect and propose major projects. Must be professional and articulate with high-level communication skills.
The employee will likely be placed in an office. The work environment characteristics are representative of those of an employee encounters while performing essential functions of the job in a typical office/workstation situation. Able to work sitting or standing at desk and operate a computer via standard input devices such as using a keyboard and reading information on a monitor.

Don't Be Fooled

The fraudster will send a check to the victim who has accepted a job. The check can be for multiple reasons such as signing bonus, supplies, etc. The victim will be instructed to deposit the check and use the money for any of these reasons and then instructed to send the remaining funds to the fraudster. The check will bounce and the victim is left responsible.
