1410Job SummaryPerform various custodial duties to include daily cleaning of restrooms, lounges, offices, classrooms and corridors in accordance with standard operating procedures of the department.
Work in accordance with ARAMARK safety and sanitation standards.
Required Job Responsibilities, Knowledge, Skills, and AbilitiesPerforms cleaning functions in assigned areas following established schedules using the prescribed methods:
a) Dust horizontal/vertical surfaces.
b) Empty and remove waste or recycles trash receptacles.
c) Damp wipe all furniture.
d) Clean metal and porcelain fixtures in restrooms.
e) Dry and wet mop floors in offices, classrooms, lounges, etc.
f) Spot clean walls, windows and metal surfaces.
g) Replenish restroom supplies.
h) Assist in cleaning of spills.
i) Scrub floors to remove all soil and floor finish from base floor.
j) Refinish floors to a clean and glossy appearance.
k) Spot clean and shampoo carpets.
l) Extract carpets.
m) Maintain assigned equipment for cleanliness and report all repairs needed.
n) Observe and report the need of furniture or other building fixtures repairs.
o) In case of emergency, perform duties as assigned.
p) Ensure all doors are locked or unlocked as scheduled and report all suspicious activities to management.
q) Performs other duties as assigned.
