Candidates must be detail-oriented, well-organized, and able to provide excellent customer service, while supporting the administrative and operational aspects of the office.
Responsibilities Include:
Provide exceptional customer service through regular contact with clients.
Support office activities to maximize efficiency.
Provide field support and issue resolution.
Ensure the delivery of consistent, high-quality service.
Create and update job schedules.
Invoicing, billing, monitor accounts receivable and budget tracking.
General administrative tasks.
Maintain appropriate inventory levels and reorder cycles.
Key Requirements:
Must have strong organizational skills.
Love to make customers happy! Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
Ability to work independently in a fast-paced environment and multi-task.
Available to start work at 8:
00 AM, Monday to Friday.
Experience with Word and Excel.
High school diploma required, College degree a plus.
