is looking for an Assistant bookkeeper to serve as a back up to the accounting manager.
Tasks vary from entry of invoices, deposits, payments and receipts entered into Quickbooks.
There would also be some involvement with onboarding new hires.
Must be able to work independently and prioritize tasks.
Must be detail oriented and able to multi-task and complete tasks on time.
Experience:
Knowledge of QuickBooks and Microsoft Office applications (Word, Excel, Outlook, etc) a plus.
