9K a year RECEPTIONIST/ADMINISTRATIVE ASSISTANT Bergen County CPA firm is seeking a full-time receptionist/administrative assistant.
This position requires a professional, organized individual with the ability to multitask and work in a fast-paced environment, especially during busy seasons.
Duties will also include providing support services to the Firm's Accounting staff with general office duties.
Responsibilities inlclude:
Answer phones Greet clients Manage mail distribution and outgoing mail (US.
Postal Service/Fed Ex) Filing Assembly of tax returns Various office tasks
Qualifications:
Good communication skills both written and oral Ability to learn quickly Ability to handle multiple tasks efficiently with minimal supervision Detail oriented, organized and a team-player Experience with Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, Outlook) and typing desired, but will train the right candidate Hours:

Monday through Friday.
Overtime during busy seasons required, especially from January through April.

The check will bounce and the victim is left responsible.
