Participate in the conceptual development of an Asphalt Project and oversee its scheduling, budgeting and implementation.
Oversee the operation of equipment used for applying concrete, asphalt, or other materials to roadbeds, parking lots, or driveways and walkways.
Includes concrete and asphalt paving machines, and stone spreaders, etc.
Oversee projects such as to smooth and finish surfaces of poured concrete or asphalt, for floors, sidewalks, roads, driveways, or curbs using a variety of hand and power tools.
Align forms for sidewalks, curbs, gutters and patch voids.
Must be able to operate the following paving machines:
Vibrating Roller 2 & 5 Ton, Lee Boy 1000 and Skid Steer.
Must be Reliable and Punctual.
Must have experience managing a crew of 6-8 workers.
Compensation is based in experience and is negotiable.
Must have own transportation to the Fairlawn Office.
Work schedule is Monday thru Friday and some Saturdays, 7am to Finish.
Bilingual Preferred NVN Paving LLC is a seasonal Company, April thru December and this position has a work start date of April 1st 2023.
